Sessions payment is due at the time of your session. You can pay with cash, credit card, check or payment app.

We are Out Of Network with all insurances. Private pay is also a viable option.

We offer in person, virtual therapy sessions and hybrid options to best accommodate scheduling.
We use a HIPAA-compliant platform (Simple Practice), which is easily accessible from a computer, phone, or tablet.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you.
If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, this will be considered a no show/no call and you will be charged the respective $90 fee.
LATE CANCELLATION: There is a $75 cancellation fee for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice (for self pay & insurance paying clients)
NO SHOW/NO CALL: There is a $90 appointment fee will be charged if the client no show/no call their booked session before a new appointment can be made.
This fee is not billable to insurance and is the client’s responsibility. (for self pay & insurance paying clients)
Fees will be billed after the missed appointment and are not automatically charged.
